Who then is this, who commands even the wind and the water, and whom they obey?  Luke 8. 25

The divine passenger

Do you see him, chased on the wave,

This frail toy skiff of the waves ?

The wind howls, the sea floods it,

What to become in the turmoil

which continues as it grows,

Carrying the helpless boat

With the wave and the wind ?

The Master sleeps during the storm.

Won't he protect them ?

Will they sink into shipwreck

With the divine passenger?

Hear our cries in distress !

Would you let us perish ?

Wake up, danger is pressing,

Hurry to help us.

Jesus awakens and his power

One word dispels their fear.

To the hurricane he says : Silence !

In the storm : Calm down !

As soon as the storm falls,

Everything calms down ; then the Lord

Asks his people lowering their heads :

Why then were you afraid ?

"He stopped the storm, brought calm, and the waves were quiet. They rejoiced that they were still, and the Lord led them to the desired port" (Psalm 107. 29, 30).

Praise the Lord, call on his name ! Make known his deeds among the people ! Sing, sing in his honor ! Talk about all its wonders ! Psalm 105. 1, 2

Be filled with the Spirit... singing and celebrating the praises of the Lord with all your heart. Ephesians 5:18, 19

God is there

Sing to the Lord, he is the source of life.

His power is limitless, and his work is endless.

He gave us a heart, a reason,

His presence surrounds us, sing !

The Lord is good ! God is there, really there,

Much closer than you think.

His kindness brings us back to life,

And his grace delivers us.

God is there, really there,

He who is and who was,

Forever will be the same, God is there !

God spoke to us with his face uncovered,

In Jesus, everyone can read as in an open book.

It is he who heals and changes hearts,

It is he who sees the weakest, who died for sinners.

Nothing is like before, if you live with Jesus,

All things are new, the past does not come back.

The sky is open and you see its reflection,

Because everything changes in the light of the one who promises us :

I'm here, really here

I am very close to you.

My kindness revives,

And my grace delivers you.

I'm here, really here

I who am and who was,

I will always be the same. I'm here !

Jesus said : "I am with you every day" (Matthew 28.20).

So there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8. 1

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit ! Philemon 25

If I stand tall, it's your eternal grace

When I see my sins, and my mind doubts,

- Being deprived of the sky, that's what I dread -

You tell me, O my God, that for what I have done,

No, your child will never be condemned.

I want to do good, but I don't have the strength,

Lust, in me, all too often begins...

But you say that I am crucified with Christ ;

Power and blessed fruits will come from your Spirit.

If I believe I deserve all you give me

By respecting your rights, by some good works...

Take away from me, O God, this spiritual pride.

If I stand tall, it is your eternal grace.

I believe in Jesus Christ, he paid my debt ;

One cannot add to his perfect work.

You promised, O God, that today and tomorrow,

You will hold me tight, yes, in your strong hand.

The Father loves the Son. John 3.35

God wanted all of his fullness to dwell in him. Colossians 1.19

More beautiful than the sons of men

What an offering to make to you, what a gift, what a sacrifice,

Our God, our Father ? Everything already belongs to you...

You want praise worthy of you,

The praise of hearts exalting Jesus Christ.

Yes, Jesus is the only one who has no blemishes.

Among all humans, Jesus is the most beautiful.

On earth, however, her defeated face,

Without attraction, without brilliance, he was ignored.

So close to you, O Father, in your privacy,

Sharing your actions and all your thoughts.

So close to us too, but so different,

A stranger from heaven, with a compassionate heart.

You loved him, O God, you dwelt in him.

He spoke of you, and said of your love,

Your grace and kindness, but showed through his life

Your horror of sin, that you are holy, always.

You loved him, O God, when he gave up his life.

Bearing all our sins, forsaken by you,

Subdued and confident, he remains on the cross,

Endure punishment, always glorify yourself.

As you contemplate your Son, your heart is full of joy.

And so do our hearts, because your love for him

Overflowed for us : by his work on the cross,

You see us as him. Be forever blessed !

(Jesus said) : You will be my witnesses... to the ends of the earth. Acts 1. 8

At the sight of the crowds, he (Jesus) was filled with compassion for them, for they were hurt and slaughtered, like sheep without a shepherd. Matthew 9. 36

Witness of Jesus

O Lord you said

From the top

That you come - I promise -

Soon !

Here you left me,

Witness

Of your perfect love

Divine.

In front of all the needs

Hearts,

In front of those who are far away,

Lord,

Give me to be moved,

Touch,

Like you, O Jesus,

Shepherd.

Make me not ashamed

Of you,

And to all I tell

The cross.

That I say my joy,

Lord,

That i'm talking about you

Without fear.
